As Founder and Chief Strategist of BLUE KWET, based in Dubai and Calicut, he advises entrepreneurs, medium and large enterprises, family businesses and institutions across the GCC and India on strategy, market entry, organisational structuring, franchising models and operational execution. His work centres on building scalable, well-governed and financially sound businesses supported by clear execution roadmaps. He combines structured strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, ensuring that ideas translate into measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Bareer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE), UK, and is an Associate Member of ABE. He is also Co-Founder of Grow Learn, a higher-education and professional development platform offering MBA, DBA and executive programmes in collaboration with international universities and UK awarding bodies. He speaks regularly at industry conferences.
